VirtualRadio is a VOIP based engine that is fast, robust, secure and stable with the capability of delivering crystal clear audio between mobile radios and dispatch consoles.

The "Pro Series" is Gateway oriented which means the system can accomodate a large number of individual Gateways (radios) which is more suited for Industrial, Public Service and Public Safety types of services. As an example, a call center could have 10 Dispatch Consoles connected to 30 towns of counties and control all communications with full interoperability regardless of where they are located and which type of system they use.
The "Fleet Series" is a fleet oriented product capable of connecting a large number of individual users through a minimum number of gateways (radios), each user may have his unique identifier displayed on screen and the application handles all the mechanics of access. A specific user may be on a certain channel or on a certain gateway, using FleetSync signalling the system will transparently find him. This series is ideal for commercial applications as it also offers GPS, Mapping and Messaging.
The "Team Series" is a light, simple product, limited to a maximum of 10 Gateways (radios) with limited handling of inbound and outbound signalling. Audio cannot be recorded, data cannot be exchanged with the radio.
The "RC-Radio Series" is designed to replace a "Tone Remote". It allows the user to listen and talk with a single radio located anywhere on the local network of the customer. It works a bit like a Remote Control to operate a radio from a distance.
